Please open the packaging very carefully and inspect the rolled print for any signs of transit damage as soon as it arrives. If for any reason the package has been damaged in transit please email us as soon as possible.
We would advise you to not unroll the print - whilst we appreciate your excitement at seeing your purchase you might accidentally crease or damage the paper which is irreversible.
We would recommend you view the print for the first time at your chosen framers. They will have the space and expertise in handling large delicate fine art prints.
Please hang your print behind glass and out of direct sunlight.
